1. MOVING - twenty minutes

  2. amplify energy and sensitising ourselves to generating light energy

  3. movements are generally subtle and small

  4. working into stillness and meditation


  1. 3.RELAXATION - twenty minutes

  2. relaxing and integrating energies

During an inasphere workshop you can expect to:


• use gentle movement (similar to tai chi)

• build internal energy/chi

• use visualisation (sacred geometry)
